Ayon sa mga may ari ng Uling: The Charcoal Proect, una nilang pinag-usapan lutuin lamang ang putaheng authentic Chicken Inasal, dahil inasal siya na niluto sa uling subalit napagtanto nito na maaari palang gawin at ihain na may 'twist' ang buong Pinoy cookbook tulad ng crispy brussel sprout kasama ang kare-kare sauce at black bean bagoong.
