'We provide free hockey training to the most disadvantaged children in Punjab'

Jagroop Singh Jarkhad is a well known Punjabi sports analyst and writer. He spoke to SBS Punjabi about providing hockey facilities at the grassroot level in the northern Indian state of Punjab.

Apart from being a sports writer and analyst Jagroop Singh Jarkhad also runs a hockey academy in Punjab, India.

A lot of young players from poor financial backgrounds have accomplished their dreams, having benefited for the elemental services provided by this academy.
