According to the results of a new study, New Year's resolutions often end in vain. What is why?

Research from leading food and nutrition tracking app, MyFitnessPal, by 2025, improving wellbeing and fitness appears to remain a top priority, with more than three in five (62%) Australians looking to lose weight, setting an ambitious average target of 10.8kg.

The research also found that more than a third (35%) would keep their resolutions secret, with three-quarters (75%) doing so to avoid judgement. Notably, almost one in three (30%) Australians have started working on their goals before January 1, hoping to benefit early.
