For couple April Choi, 32, and Bethany Byrnes, 28, a traditional wedding photo was never really on the cards.
The newlyweds, who had been dating for seven years before deciding to tie the knot, concluded their special day by arranging for the trains of their wedding dresses to be doused in fuel and set alight.
Despite both women having worked in fire performance, the couple admitted that capturing the striking image was "an adrenaline rush".
"A person from my wedding party lit my dress and one from Bethany's wedding party lit hers," Choi explained to "I have never seen two brides do something like this. I don't know of any other person who has actually burnt their wedding dress at the wedding.

She continued: "I don't think I will ever forget it and nor will anybody else who attended the wedding, especially our parents who were greatly concerned for our safety. They were very very nervous."
Byrnes added: "I was super nervous. I have done fire performance for fun and professionally, but as I watched the fuel being poured on April's dress I couldn't help but think it was a ton of fuel to be wearing."
The pair, who wore cotton leggings to protect their legs and ensured there were medical and safety personnel on hand, were left blown away by the photos.
"I love the photos so much," Byrnes said.
"They're glorious. Watching the flames creep up your wife's gown is not something you can ever forget."
