Not all of the highlights from this week's MTV Video Music Awards unfolded onstage - just ask Queer Eye's Jonathan Van Ness.
The personal grooming expert was left star-struck backstage following the award ceremony when he met Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner for the first time - spinning 180-degrees while covering his mouth in shock.
As the adorable pair embraced, JVN began whispering excitedly in a clear expression of mutual admiration.
“So happy for your ending,” he told Turner of Sansa's conclusion on Game of Thrones.
He added: “Oh my God, I was so relieved. It was the only one I could stomach.”
Turner then called out for her husband, Joe Jonas, introducing him to JVN. The whole moment was really very cute.
"I’m more happy for and than I’ve ever been for myself," one Twitter user wrote, sharing the video.
"This is the purest thing to happen today," another added.
Honestly, talk about friendship goals - not least because JVN is currently campaigning to win his parody series an Emmy Award.
