The historic deal was announced during the final week of the 2021 Tour de France, with the women’s edition to be held from July 24 until July 31 next year.
Australian fans will have the opportunity to witness all the action on SBS screens for the next four years, with the first stage taking place on the Champs-Elysees in Paris.
SBS Managing Director James Taylor was delighted to welcome the Tour de France Femmes into our existing cycling catalogue - one that includes the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, La Vuelta, Paris Roubaix, Criterium du Dauphine, UCI Road World Championships, and more.

Meanwhile, Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.) CEO Yann Le Moënner, said: "We are delighted to launch the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift next year with our long-time broadcast partner in Australia".
"Thanks to SBS’s unique expertise, a tremendous number of viewers Down Under will be able to witness the feats of the champions as they conquer the emblematic summits that have made the Tour de France famous.

The Tour de France Femmes will also join SBS’s wider slate of women’s sport, which includes the WNBA, W Series, US Open tennis, ISU Figure Skating and FIG Gymnastics.
