The stakes have been raised for teams and riders, with increased exposure for team sponsors and the being a coveted stagiare position with Australian WorldTour squad Jayco Alula (men) and Liv Alula Jayco (women).
The tours will operate on the framework of a Friday night criterium to be broadcast live on SBS VICELAND, with the shorter stages, the Saturday time-trial and kermesse to not shown live, and finishing off with a road race broadcast on SBS on Sunday.
