Bulla Midhong is an evocative album showcasing original songs and stories from the NSW South Coast’s Yuin Nation. It blends traditional narratives with contemporary sounds, reflecting the deep cultural roots and modern experiences of the First Nation communities from Eden to Nowra.

Bulla Midhong is a collaborative effort, featuring contributions from local talents such as Nooky and Warren Foster Jr. (aka Prodikal-1), as well as the Mudgingaal Yangamba Choir and students from Eden Marine and Shoalhaven High Schools.

Produced by renowned musician Syd Green, with co-musical direction from Sivan Agam, the album is a testament to the rich musical heritage and vibrant creativity of the South Coast.

The project/album was launched on June 28 with a live concert at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, marking the culmination of a three-year intercultural initiative.

This initiative involved workshops that brought together schools, cultural leaders, and local musicians to explore First Nations culture, language, and stories through digital art, film-making, and song writing.
