The reciepe for swordfish "passatelli"

In this week's segment on Italian cuisine, our guest is Filippo Brici, chef at Trattoria Riva - a Bondi Junction, Sydney restaurant specializing in regional cuisine from Emilia-Romagna -. Filippo presents us the "passatelli" (a pasta made using bread crumbs, eggs and grated Parmesan cheese), which usually come in a broth. However, in this recceipe they are a side for swordfish.
