Bali is the charm of Indonesia which has always been the target of many tourists, both foreign and domestic. However, the country's Tourism Ministry felt the need to undertake other initiatives to attract Australian tourists.


At the Indonesia by the Beach event held at Bondi Beach, Sydney (27/10), the Ministry of Indonesia opened an information post about tour packages and trips to Indonesia.

Available packages include destinations "beyond Bali" such as Borobudur Temple, Labuan Bajo, Komodo Island and Raja Ampat.

Tia Ardha from SBS Indonesian spoke with Ira Yulianti as a representative of the Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
