Youth from South West Papua show off their work at Indonesia by the Beach Festival

The achievements of the young men of South West Papua are showcased at The Indonesia by the Beach festival, a festive celebration that presents Indonesia's cultural, artistic and culinary riches.

The “Indonesia By The Beach” festival is a lively celebration of Indonesian culture, featuring a mesmerizing blend of traditional and contemporary performances.

Held in the heart of Bondi Beach, the festival provides a platform for everyone to dive into the richness of Indonesian art and culture.

One of the highlights of the festival is the special attention to the newly formed province of South West Papua where the local government's efforts to advance the cultural heritage and economic development of the area, through inspiring achievements of young Papuans are showcased.

These talented individuals, supported by an international Golden Generation Scholarship (Bis Gemas), are focused on vocational teaching and have successfully created and marketed unique regional products.
