新州食品管理局表示，17种在Coles, Mighty Soft, IGA 和UB出售的，最佳食用日期在10月2日之前的条形面包已经下架，因为担心可能含有来自加工机器上的金属碎片。
顾客被建议不要食用这些面包，并把它们退返到购买点，可以获得全额退款。
这次召回发生在AFL和NRL决赛周末周末开始之际。今年七月份，Aldi在对其出售的面包进行了类似的召回。
