Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ –½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup butter
- 85 g sharp cheddar, finely shredded
- fried crispy bacon
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan until hot. Add popcorn kernels, cover with a lid and shake to stir. Once the kernels pop, remove pan from heat.
- Add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, butter and cheese to popcorn and stir through until butter and cheese melts and coats popcorn.
- Break up crispy bacon pieces and stir through before serving.
