London-based dessert cafe has a similar delicious treat - although they call it cotton candy over there.
Milk Train cafe offers three flavours of ice cream - vanilla, matcha, and hojicha (the last two are green tea flavours). Then the waffle cone's rim is lined with a circle of fluffy fairy floss.
New York cafes have embraced the cotton candy cone wholeheartedly, too.
