After much anticipation, comedian Joel Creasey and radio presenter Myf Warhurst have been announced as the new hosts of SBS's Eurovision coverage.
So let's get to know the new power duo before the head off for Kyiv in May.
1. Joel Creasey might only be 26, but he's a seasoned host.
He's MC'd comedy festivals, co-hosted The Circle, The Project, Tractor Monkeys, and Studio 10. But most importantly, Joel's co-hosted SBS's own coverage of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade last month.
2. Like Julia, Myf comes from music quiz show royalty.
Myf is an institution on ABC's long-running music quiz show, Spicks and Specks. Previous Australian Eurovision host Julia Zemiro hosted SBS' long-running music quiz show Rockwiz. It makes you believe in destiny.

3. Joel has always had "flair".
Or so his school report cards would read. Joel's been quoted by saying, his teachers would frequently write "‘He has flair'" on his report cards, which he took as "a nice way of saying ‘We think he might be gay’".
4. If he wasn't a comedian or TV personality, Joel says he'd have been a hairdresser or publicist.
"I think I’d be a great publicist. I’m very good at gossiping. So either a publicist or a hairdresser," he once in an interview.
Those seem like the perfect set of skills needed to traverse the glittered-jungle that is Eurovision.
5. Myf was on the Australian National jury last year. So she really knows Eurovision inside and out.
The Australian Eurovision Jury was made up of five esteemed members of the Aussie music industry: musician Shannon Noll, singer/songwriter Monica Trapaga, music producer Craig Portells, former Idol host James Matheson, and Double J music presenter Myf Warhurst.
6. Myf is a wealth musical knowledge.
That's a talent's that's going to come in handy in Kyiv. Apart from being a musical radio show presenter for over a decade, she's been a long-standing fan of Eurovision. So, we can be sure she's gonna ask those contestants some deep-thinking questions.
7. Joel's nickname is the "Acid Tongued Prince" so we can expect a lot of great quips from him.
Sam Pang might have brought his fresh brand of sardonic humour to Eurovision over the years, but Joel more than capable of matching him toe-to-toe. If Joel's time on I'm a Celebrity, Get me out of here! is any indication, we can expect a few savagely hilarious one-liners from the comic.

8. Myf's been a fan of Eurovision forever!
Isn't it great when a fan hosts an event! All too often you see people who just get roped into a hosting gig, but Myf's a true Eurovision-nerd through-and-through.
9. Joel's a well-known advocate for LGBT+ rights.
Joel's been a vocal supporter of the Safe Schools program and marriage equality. Here's hoping everything goes alright in Ukraine...
11. Joel has a first-hand appreciation for a great costume.

12. They both can't wait to bring the party to Kyiv this May.
“I couldn’t be more ready for the job of Eurovision host, and give Aussies the all-access pass that I think we truly deserve as enthusiastic gatecrashers," Joel told SBS.
