UK schoolgirl, Chloe Bridgewater, has only ever handwritten two letters: one to Santa Claus last Christmas and a second, more recent letter, mailed to Google asking for a job after she saw images of the tech giant's offices online, complete with bean bags and slides.
The seven-year-old began her letter with: "dear Google boss" before detailing why she would like to join the company, with her interest in computers and robots among the reasons.
But what happened next was unexpected. The Bridgewater family got quite a shock when they received a response from Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai.
"We were gobsmacked, but I don't think Chloe could understand the magnitude of the reaction she'd got afterwards,"
"She's got a great entrepreneurial spirit. Ever since nursery, she's always been told in school reports she's bright, hard-working and polite - we're very proud of her."Mr Pichai, an Indian American who rose through the ranks before becoming chief executive officer of Google in 2015, wrote a response to Chloe telling her to "keep working hard" and continue to follow her dreams.

He also assured Chloe that he looks forward to receiving her job application to work a Google when she finishes school.Mr Bridgewater says he and wife Julie had already witnessed Chloe's business intellect in action after she volunteered to clean the kitchen for 20 pence (30 Australian cents).

"She is only young so she needs to play with her friends, jump on a trampoline but whenever she shows an interest in something else - like this letter - we want to encourage her." Mr Bridgewater said.
