With the 2019-20 NBA season suspended for the foreseeable future, foreign stars - such as Tacko Fall, Cedi Osman, Maxi Kleber and Danilo Gallinari -  have urged fans to stay at home and do their part in reducing the spread.

The messages came courtesy of each player's native tongue and showcases the multicultural presence and impact basketball has around the world.

French, Turkish, German and Italian were all audibly on offer, with Australian-American swingman Matisse Thybulle of the Philadelphia 76ers providing a useful ball-handling tutorial featuring Spanish subtitles.

This is just one of the ways fans around the world can keep in touch with their favourite NBA players, continue training, stay fit and safely help hinder the impact of the pandemic.
