Dubbed Australia's spiritual home of tennis, the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club will welcome a host of players from January 10-12, as they finalise their preparations for the upcoming Australian Open.
Twelve players have been announced for the men's draw, with Emma Raducanu and Mirra Andreeva making up the women's equivalent.
World number four Jannik Sinner, world number six Holger Rune, and world number 11 Casper Ruud are among those confirmed, as are grand slam champions Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka, Marin Cilic and Dominic Thiem.
Tournament director Peter Johnston was delighted to secure such an array of stars, with Australian Marc Polmans also in the mix.
"Sir Andy, Milos, Casper and Marc are all great additions to a field that is shaping as one of the best we have ever seen at the club," Johnston said.
"We have so many crowd favourites competing and I’m sure we are going to see some brilliant tennis.
"Marc Polmans adds the hometown touch to the event, but he will not be underestimated. It was great to see him playing so well in Asia this year on his comeback from some significant injuries."
SBS and SBS On Demand will provide live coverage across all three days of the warm-up tournament, with full replays available shortly after each broadcast.
