Point Blank and Comet are the two innovations set to debut at the spiritual home of Australian tennis.
Point Blank is a simple score monitoring system which tracks hot streaks and momentum, highlighting consecutive points won.
It increases interest in each point, engages fans and adds another dimension to the game without changing the scoring system.
The Comet ball tracking technology, meanwhile, uses four high-speed cameras to create an animation which - much like cricket's snicko or hot spot - will show shot trajectories, angles and spin in incredible detail.
The 2020 Kooyong Classic is officially the first completely climate active carbon neutral sporting event in the country.
AgBioEn, the event's major sponsor, have pledged to donate a minimum $10,000 to bushfire affected communities, with $1,000 per point for the highest consecutive points scored by any player during the event.
