A morning start for the peloton in Dordrecht culminated in another bunch sprint, with Charlotte Kool (Team DSM-Firmenich PostNL) having just enough in the legs to edge out Lorena Wiebes (SD Worx-ProTime) and Marianne Vos (Visma Lease-a-Bike) for her second straight stage win, this time in the yellow jersey.
"It was quite a hectic course, but what can I say, I liked it," Kool said following the stage.
"Winning with the yellow jersey, well dreams are coming true quite fast these days! First yesterday and now today winning in this jersey it is really special."

A second set of bonus seconds gave the 25-year-old a 14 second lead atop the general classification, with roughly three hours until the race resumed with Stage 3 and a 6.3 kilometre individual time trial in Rotterdam.
The stage was a disappointing one for Olympic time trial champion Grace Brown (FDJ-Suez), the Australian having a mechanical issue with her all-gold time trial bike which put her out of contention for stage honours.
Brown's teammate Loes Adegeest set the early fastest time of seven minutes and 30 seconds, which was later matched by Cedrine Kerbaol (Ceratizit Pro Cycling) and Chloe Dygert (Canyon-SRAM) before Demi Vollering (SD Worx-ProTime) was faster by five seconds to all but ensure her first stage win of the race.
Rolling off the ramp last, Kool put in a valiant effort to remain in the race lead but crossed the line in Rotterdam 25 seconds down on Vollering, giving the yellow jersey to the reigning champion.
"I really didn’t see this coming," an emotional Vollering said after the finish.
"I really had no idea that I could to this today, so I’m really surprised actually. There’s so much emotion. I'm also super proud. I just did the best I could do today, apparently it was very good so we really need to see the coming days, I hope the shape stays like this."
With Kool's two victories and Vollering's one, the Tour de France Femmes now leaves the Netherlands with all stages being won by Dutch riders and droves of fans showing their support.
The race will cross into Belgium now for Stage 4 with a course sure to pack more of a punch than the flatter roads that greeted the peloton in the Netherlands.
