Ballerup, Denmark, will host the track championships, where the world’s elite indoor cyclists will compete for international glory across the sprint and endurance disciplines.

Australian selectors have opted for a blend of youth and experience this time out, naming six Track World debutants to go with their more experienced counterparts.

Olympic gold medallist Kelland O’Brien is among them, as is Thomas Cornish and Leigh Hoffman, while Kristina Clonan will lead the women’s contingent alongside fellow Olympian Alexandra Manly.

Debutants Blake Agnoletto, Liam Walsh, Ryan Elliott, Alessia McCaig, Molly McGill, and Keira Will round out the 12-rider squad, with AusCycling still to announce a replacement for veteran Georgia Baker.
