Tom Burlinson was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Burlinson appeared in such films as the western "The Man From Snowy River" (1982) with Kirk Douglas, "Phar Lap" (1983) and the crime drama "The River Rat" (1984) with Tommy Lee Jones. He also appeared in the Rutger Hauer adventurous drama "Flesh + Blood" (1985) and "Windrider" (1987). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the eighties, appearing in "Return to Snowy River Part II, The Legend Continues" (1988). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Melba" (PBS, 1988-89) and "Piece of Cake" (PBS, 1989-1990). More recently, he continued to act in "Kootenai Brown" (1991) and "Landslide" (1992). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "General Practice" (PBS, 1998-99). Burlinson also contributed music to "Sinatra" (1992-93). Burlinson most recently acted in the biographical drama "The Cup" (2012) with Stephen Curry.
