Sofie Grabol was widely known for her acting on the big screen. Grabol's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as "Barndommens gade" (1986), the Donald Sutherland biopic drama "The Wolf at the Door" (1987) and "Rami og Julie" (1988). She also appeared in "Pelle the Conqueror" (1988), the Ole Ernst drama "Black Harvest" (1993) and the Max von Sydow comedy "The Silent Touch" (1993). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "Two Green Feathers" (1995), "Nattevagten" (1995) with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and "Sekten" (1997). She also appeared in "Isle of Darkness" (1998). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in the Troels Lyby foreign "Anklaget" (2005), "True Spirit" (2005) and the Jens Albinus foreign "The Boss of It All" (2007). She also appeared in "Daisy Diamond" (2007) with Noomi Rapace. Most recently, Grabol acted on "Fortitude" (Pivot, 2014-15).
