Sanjeev Kumar was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Kumar began his acting career with roles in such films as "Aashirwad" (1968), "Anamika" (1973) and "Manchali" (1973). He also appeared in the Rajesh Khanna romance "Aap Ki Kasam" (1974) and "Aandhi" (1975). He continued to act in productions like "Mausam" (1975), the Amitabh Bachchan drama "Sholay" (1975) and "Shatranj ke Khilari" (1977). He also appeared in "Tumhare Liye" (1978). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in "Grihapravesh" (1979), "Hum Paanch" (1980) and "Sawaal" (1982). He also appeared in the action movie "Bandit Queen" (1995) with Seema Biswas. Most recently, Kumar worked on the Priyanka Chopra drama "7 Sins Forgiven" (2011).
