Actor Justin Kelly made an auspicious debut in 2007 on the Canadian teen sitcom "The Latest Buzz." Starring as the good-natured rebel Noah Jackson, Kelly was featured on the show for its entire three-season run, along with other up-and-coming actors such as Munro Chambers. In 2010, Kelly took on a starring role in the direct-to-video sci-fi movie "The Jensen Project," which also featured "Star Trek: The Next Generation" alum LeVar Burton. Like many young Canadian actors, Kelly eventually got his chance to appear on the long-running drama "Degrassi: The Next Generation," beginning his recurring part as Jake Martin in 2011.
