Elisabeth Bourgine was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in her acting career, Bourgine landed roles in various films, including "Madame G" (1977), "Son image de la Ville" (1979) and the drama "Vive la Sociale!" (1983) with François Cluzet. Her film career continued throughout the eighties and the early 2000s in productions like the thriller "Le Septieme Cible" (1984) with Lino Ventura, the drama "Cours prive" (1986) with Michel Aumont and the Philippe Noiret thriller "Noyade interdite" (1987). She also appeared in the drama "La Couleur du vent" (1988) with Philippe Leotard, the Daniel Auteuil drama "Un Coeur en Hiver" (1993) and the André Wilms biopic drama "Le Grand Blanc de Lambarene" (1995).
