At the tender age of 12, Angela Pietropinto began her entertainment career as an actress. Pietropinto started off her acting career mostly in film roles, appearing in "So Fine" (1981), the dramatic adaptation "Without a Trace" (1983) with Kate Nelligan and the Rodney Dangerfield comedy "Easy Money" (1983). She also appeared in the Meryl Streep dramatic adaptation "Heartburn" (1986) and the drama "Running on Empty" (1988) with Christine Lahti. She continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in "Honeymoon in Vegas" (1992) with James Caan, the drama "Me & Veronica" (1993) with Elizabeth McGovern and the dramedy "It Could Happen to You" (1994) with Nicolas Cage. She also appeared in the Paul Newman dramatic adaptation "Nobody's Fool" (1994). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in the musical "Anything But Love" (2003) with Andrew McCarthy, "Palindromes" (2005) with Ellen Barkin and "A Tale of Two Pizzas" (2005). She also appeared in "Stay" (2005) and "Greetings From the Shore" (2008) with Kim Shaw. Pietropinto most recently acted in the Taylor Lautner thriller "Tracers" (2015).
