Starting out as a child actress, Alyssa Sutherland's career took off when she was 17 years old. Sutherland began her career with roles in "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-) and "Day on Fire" (2006). Later, she acted in the Meryl Streep smash hit dramatic adaptation "The Devil Wears Prada" (2006), "New Amsterdam" (Fox, 2007-08) and the thriller "Arbitrage" (2012) with Richard Gere. More recently, Sutherland acted on "Vikings" (History, 2012-).
