In 1971, soldiers are sent to a wilderness camp to receive their final training before being shipped to Vietnam. Determined to avoid it, Pt Roland Bozz decides to rebel.

After moving to a retirement community, Martha and her new friend decide to form a cheerleading squad with their fellow residents. As the two women hold auditions, they soon learn that it's never too late to follow your dreams.
