Two cookbooks have been released focusing on the health needs of young people as part of a project called "Yhunger".
The books were launched today at an Indigenous hospitality training centre in inner Sydney called Yaama Dhiyaan.
Teacher Brendan Moore had already begun using one of the books to teach students how to prepare an omlette.
The recipies were aimed at teaching young people to cook nutritious, delicious food and are geared at those who might be at risk of food insecurity.
The books are available free to youth centres and workers from the NSW Health Department.
