World number 1 Ash Barty has continued to shine in 2021 with an engagement to partner Garry Kissick the latest milestone in a memorable year.
The Ngarigo woman took to Instagram to announce the news, showing off a sparkling rock with the tagline 'future husband'.
Barty and Kissick have been together since 2017.
The news follows a massive year for the 25-year-old in which she won her second grand slam, eclipsing Wimbledon on the 50th anniversary of her idol Evonne Goolagong-Cawley's famous win.
She also took home Olympic bronze from Tokyo.
Barty finished the season as World Number 1 for the third successive time.
