Ukrainian icebreaker unable to return to port due to conflict

A Ukrainian icebreaker's been stranded in the port of Punta Arenas in Chile since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began. The vessel, called Noosfera, houses of a crew of 26 people, consisting of Ukrainian and other foreign nationalities, according to the Ukrainian National Antarctic Scientific Center.
