Small businesses get cost relief in budget - but is it enough?

Australian businesses have joined the rest of the country in digesting last night's Federal Budget. Specific budget initiatives include an extension of the $20,000 instant asset write-off, along with energy bill relief - but the sector is still craving more. With evidence today of a moderation in pay rises, as the quarterly wage price index eased to its slowest pace in a year. While that's not good news for workers, it is for many businesses struggling with high labour costs.
