National Cabinet agrees to boost housing supply

The nation's political leaders have unveiled their joint plan to deal with the housing crisis. The plan was forged during today's meeting of National Cabinet. The centrepiece of the arrangement is funding for the construction of 1.2 million houses over five years. The plan will start from July 1, 2024.
