Inaugural address of South Australia's Indigenous Voice to Parliament

South Australia’s Indigenous Voice has spoken in parliament for the first time. The state Voice was legislated ahead of the federal referendum and the first delegates elected in March this year. It was billed as a model that could be adopted across the country, but teething problems have prompted criticism and three of the delegates have already resigned.
