Govt green energy plans receive mixed response

The Federal Government has announced a major expansion of an investment scheme in clean energy projects. Climate Change Minister Chris Bowen says it is critical to provide reliable energy as coal-fired plants shut down. But the initiative has receive mixed reviews.
