Fallout from ASIC report, calling for watchdog to be split in two

A former ASIC chairman says the 11 recommendations to reform the corporate regulator need to be considered. James Shipton says all government regulators are overburdened, including ASIC, and that the Senate Committee's recommendation to split it in two is worthy of consideration.
