Defence managers grilled at veteran suicide inquiry

The Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide has begun another round of hearings in Adelaide. It's been two years since the probe into the high rate of suicidal behaviour among military personnel began, and some families of veterans say they're losing confidence in the effectiveness of the Commission.
