The Snowgoose Hotel in Adaminaby NSW is like a lot of small regional pubs with a small close knit community, except they've swapped parmies for pho. The Feed spoke to Vinnie, the Thai chef who's changing the Aussie pub palette, about why he now calls Australia home.
