“No one’s going to say anything?!” begins a video posted to Facebook by actress Zoe Stuckless as former film producer and accused sex offender Harvey Weinstein sits meekly in the corner of the frame.
In the video, Stuckless continues to exasperatedly exclaim that they’re standing “Four feet away from a fucking rapist,” before being ushered away by a woman dressed in gold.
Stuckless was one of two people in attendance at a monthly ‘Actor’s Hour’ event at a New York bar who were removed from the venue after confronting Weinstein.Comedian Amber Rollo posted a detailed account of her confrontation with Weinstein to Twitter, after seeing Stuckless removed from the venue.

Rollo also reports that she herself was removed from the venue after the altercation.
Kelly Bachman was a comedian billed to perform on the evening. She took the opportunity to address Weinstein’s unexpected attendance.
"I didn’t know we had to bring our own Mace and rape whistles to Actor's Hour," said Bachman in a video posted to Twitter
Following this line, audible male boos and a booming “Shut up!” are heard from the crowd which are soon meet by the whoops and cheers of women.
Bachman also refers to Weinstein as “Freddy Kruger” and calls him the elephant in the room.
Some 70 women, including multiple high-profile actresses, have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, harassment and assault on a timeline that spans decades.
He is set to face trial in New York City next January over a rape allegation.
Weinstein’s public outing is widely attributed as the catalyst for the #MeToo movement within Hollywood.
In response to the controversy Downtown Bar, the venue that hosted the event, posted a statement on their .
“Shortly into the evening, one guest began heckling another, causing a disturbance to everyone in attendance. After several requests to stop were ignored, we kindly asked the heckler to leave,” the statement says.
“Please know that our goal at Downtime is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome. We respect the privacy of our patrons and event partners, and want to ensure that all guests are treated equally, with the same service and respect.”
In an interview with , Actor’s Hour organiser Alexandra Laliberte said Weinstein had attended the event before commenting, "I welcome all walks of life into my space."
Laliberte denies that she knew Weinstein was coming to this particular event, however Rollo and Bachman report being told that a table was reserved specifically for Laliberte’s industry contacts.
In a statement issued through his representative, Weinstein said that he’s “happy to address anyone’s questions” and the “we should all be offered the courtesy to voice opinions and be heard.”
The representative also denied that the person who referred to Rollo as a c*nt was part of his team.
