Premier Daniel Andrews will appear alongside other political leaders at a summit where they can hear from those on the frontline of Victoria's social service organisations.
The Victorian Council of Social Service's Good Life Summit at the Arts Centre Melbourne on Wednesday brings together the community, political and business sectors to debate policies on family violence, income, youth justice and health.
Mr Andrews will speak before Victorian Treaty Advancement Commissioner Jill Gallagher delivers the day's opening keynote address.
Opposition Leader Matthew Guy, Greens leader Samantha Ratnam and Reason Party's Fiona Patten will also speak.
Paralympian and disability advocate Dylan Alcott will give the closing keynote speech.
