A poll has found 30 per cent of Republican voters agree the city of Agrabah should be bomed.
The only problem is, outside of the movie Aladdin, Agrabah doesn't exist.
The poll was conducted as an automated survey over the phone and involved 532 Republican primary voters.
The US-based asked Republican and Democrat voters a series of questions based on the stated policies of the running candidates.
The results found 30 per cent of Republican primary voters surveyed supported bombing Agrabah, 15 per cent opposed it and 57 per cent were not sure.
Democratic primary voters were also polled, with only 19 per cent saying they would support bombing Agrabah, while 36 per cent said they would oppose the idea.
In the movie, Agrabah is referred to as being near the Jordan River in the country of Arabia.
The question on Agrabah - “Would you support or oppose bombing Agrabah?” - came after a series of questions on events and issues in the news, such as the minimum wage.
Respondents were also asked about their personal views on topics such as banning Muslims from the US, shutting down mosques and whether people on the terror watch list should be able to buy a gun.
The poll also found controversial billionaire Donald Trump was still leading the race for the Republican nomination with support from 34 per cent of survey respondants.
Ted Cruz was the second most popular candidate with 18 per cent support.
