Slain homeless woman Courtney Herron will be laid to rest after her beaten body was found in a Melbourne park.
The 25-year-old will be farewelled on Monday by loved ones after her body wasMs Herron's funeral will be held at St Dimitrios Greek Orthodox Church in Moonee Ponds at 10.30am.

It will be followed by a burial at the Northern Memorial Park.
Homeless man Henry Richard Hammond, 27, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court last week, charged with Ms Herron's murder.
A lawyer outlined a number of his mental health issues before his matter was adjourned to September 16.
Ms Herron had been couch surfing and for some time while struggling with drug and mental health problems.Police investigating her death described the attack as "particularly horrendous".

The funeral service follows a on Friday night, attended by hundreds of family and strangers who gathered to pay Ms Herron tribute at the Parkville site where her body was found.
