A stunning location, brilliant views with a pebble beach and not a single soul in sight.
The 25-acre island sits off Scotland's south coast and was listed on Thursday by a Scottish real estate agent, Galbraith.
Its current asking price is 150,000 pounds ($279,441) and, according to the agent, it's attracting strong demand from prospective international and domestic buyers.
There are no inhabitants or dwellings, and the island can only be accessed by boat or at low tide on foot, tractor or quad bike.
That means, unless the owner has a boat, they'll only have a five-hour window to cross over to or from the island, before the waters get too high.
On the island's west, there's a pebble beach where a boat can be anchored. A floor pond provides water for the region's livestock and wildlife. It's even home to the district's largest seabird colonies.
Galbraith agent Aaron Edgar said the island's location was "truly stunning" and was in a prime area of scientific interest.
Barlocco Island is located within the Borgue Site of Special Scientific Interest, an area in the UK where there is increased protection of natural heritage.
"There’s still a very romantic sentiment attached to owning your very own Scottish private island, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy some peace and tranquillity in the most beautiful scenery around," Mr Edgar said.
The agent has promoted the island as suitable for various recreational activities such as bird spotting, sea angling and other watersports.
It's not the only island that's up for grabs. A beach island in Belize in Central America is on sale for $42,000, while an island east of Phuket in Thailand is currently on the market for a whopping $210,912,000.
