The two young tenants, David Scott and Kagiso Mokoape posted the video online stating that they would be hosting parties at the property every week.
"This is an entertainer's house. Oscar built this house to entertain. Hot girls can invite themselves," said Scott.
Mokoape said "every weekend, it's going to go down here. Find me here."
In the video the men are seen giving a tour of the property, and stop outside the window Pistorius claimed he thought an intruder must have climbed through on the night of Reeva Steenkamp's death.
"I can tell you now they had a fight...Oscar's girlfriend did what a typical woman would do to any man, tried to double (cross) him and with a syndrome that he has in any case with his legs being amputated, he would have flipped easily," Scott said.
"He went after her. She ran away, locked herself in the bathroom. Said she's going to phone someone and Oscar shot her. That's what happened," Scott said in the video.
A spokesperson for the Pistorius family, Anneliese Burgess told South African website, iOL News the video was "bizarre" and has refused to give any further comment.
Pistorius' house was bought by a mining consultant last year for nearly $500,000, which he then rented to Scott and Mokoape.
Pistorius was convicted of Steenkamp's manslaughter last year and is currently in prison, but has always insisted he mistook Steenkamp for an intruder.
An appeal against his acquittal on murder charges is due to be heard next month.
