Zainab Zahra Syed is a Pakistani-Australian spoken word artist. She has performed in different countries and is passionate about serving humanity.


Zainab Zahra Syed is a spoken word artist, who has conducted workshops in the UK, US, Europe, Australia and the South Asian region. She has facilitated workshops at the women's prison in Rhode Island; for trauma victims in Pakistan; and currently works with migrants and refugees in Australia.
In 2016, she co- founded , launching  with an aim to create safe spaces for the youth to respond to the insecurity around them in a non-violent manner. She also co-founded , a platform for for CALD community in Australia to celebrate its diversity by using a creative platform. In 2015 she was a finalist in the National Australian Poetry Slam and won the Brown University Slam in 2012. She is also a teaching artist at the  and .
