Developed by Aboriginal people for Aboriginal people through the Western Australian Aboriginal Leadership Institute (WAALI), Yorga Djenna Bidi combines traditional teachings passed down by Elders with contemporary leadership practices, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for leadership success.
Ms Conway said the program had been a life-changing journey, deepening her understanding of leadership from an Aboriginal perspective.
“It has allowed me to embrace my cultural identity while honing my leadership skills, providing invaluable tools to drive change within my community and workplace,” Ms Conway said.
