Nearly 18 years after the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, Nepal's three major political parties have reached a consensus on amendments to the transitional justice-related bill. Suman Adhikari, a representative of the conflict victims' group 'Pidit Sajha Chautari,' spoke with Nepal correspondent Prayas Dulal, discussing the significance of this long-awaited agreement and the victims' perspective on this development.
