English language proficiency test is an important criterion for immigration, education and work in Australia. Many test-takers need to retake the exam when they fail to get the required score in any one of the four skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking. The IELTS testing system has brought a policy which allows to retake only one skill. What do test-takers say about it?
