Eastern cultural concepts often depict the act of crying, especially for men, as someone's weakness.
So, how do men vent out their emotions and feelings in a 'healthy' way?
Rendra Yoanda, Jakarta-based clinical psychologist who is also a counselor at the CIKAL school, said that there are several things that are considered taboo for men to do that can actually help maintain their mental health.
He said that physiologically it's normal for men to cry and for those who wish to not being seen as 'weak', he suggested several things that can be done.
